30-day return window

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

1. Email support@discplayerhub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm the return address and any instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging, including all accessories.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Faulty on arrival

If your player arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us with photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund – you will not be asked to cover return shipping for a defective unit.
