Shipping cost

FREE shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum order value and no handling fees.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

7-15 business days within the United States, counted from the day your parcel leaves our warehouse. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships we email you a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to activate the tracking data.

Customs and duties

Shipments to United States addresses are not subject to import duty for the product categories we sell. If your local authority ever charges a fee, that fee is the buyer’s responsibility.

Wrong or missing address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@discplayerhub.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
